Description

The opaline vase is of elongated, gently undulating form and features a flared rim and a cupped base, crafted in white and overlaid with pink. The circular base is overlaid with pink with white details visible around the fluted edge. Above the base is a protruding, tapered rim, which tapers inwards to join the elongated body of the vase. The rim and the body are decorated with vertical strips of white and pink, with the white sections featuring parcel-gilt flowers, scrolls and leaves along the length of the body.
