The model based on the 'Rams Head Festoon' by Baron Carlo Marochetti (Italian/French, 1805-67), as exhibited at The Great Exhibition of 1851.
With spiral fluted body, festooned with garlands of fruit and flowers in white, ram's head handles, the top edge with an egg-and-dart pattern in green, the bottom edge with a garland design of laurel leaves and ribbon in green and yellow.
