Description

The glass lamp takes a mushroom shape, and has been moulded from acid-etched and wheel-carved glass. The finish on the glass gives the appearance of marble, hence the 'marmorean' designation. Daum was one of the finest workshops operating at the turn of the 20th Century in France, and is one of the names most associated with the French Art Nouveau period.
