    Description

    This set is comprised of 21 boxes of differing sizes and shapes. The boxes range in shape from larger rectangular boxes, to elongated elliptical ones, to small circular examples. The boxes are formed of various types of agate, each example being worked in a manner to demonstrate the natural colour and veining of the stone. The boxes are mounted with silvered and gilt metal.
