Crafted from vibrant green nephrite, the rectangular frame features an oval picture window. The face is adorned with delicate silver-gilt decorations, forming laurel wreaths and ribbon-tied swags - an homage to the House of Fabergé’s signature delicate and historically inspired designs.

The back of the frame includes fold-out strut stands and bears various spurious maker’s marks. It is housed in a Fabergé-style presentation box crafted from pale wood, lined with cream fabric and velvet, though not an original fit.
