Fabergé style rock crystal, diamond, and nephrite flower model

This exceptional find is a Fabergé style rock crystal, gold, diamond, nephrite and hardstone flower model, made some time during the course of the 20th century. In a rather rare model, it features an intricate array of precious materials, particularly elevated by the setting of diamonds in each of the small flowerheads.

This gilt stems spring from a small rock cyrstal vase meant to imitate water, and open out into ten-petalled flower heads, on green stems, that blossom out into gilt mounted diamonds in their centre. Of a delightful design and a pleasing combination of precious materials, this fine piece is an exemplary item in the style of Fabergé.
