Description

Exquisitely crafted in late 19th-century France, this cane is adorned with delicate four-leaf clovers - symbols of good luck and hope - making it a meaningful token of good fortune.

The slender crystal handle is masterfully etched with intricate four-leaf clover motifs, creating a striking contrast of textures that enhances its visual appeal. Each leaf is set with vibrant pink and green gemstones, likely sapphires and peridots, adding a touch of brilliance to the design.

A silver-gilt collar encircles the piece, featuring an additional band of four-leaf clovers, also embellished with shimmering gemstones. Below, a faceted crystal band catches and reflects light beautifully, further elevating the antique’s elegance.

The shaft, uniquely shaped to resemble a natural branch, is crafted from ebonised wood and gracefully tapers towards the end.

The silver-gilt elements bear the maker’s mark ‘JH’ alongside an additional hallmark.

Rich in symbolism and refined craftsmanship, this cane makes for an exceptional collectible or a thoughtful gift for good luck.
