Description

Comprising a pair of campana shaped vases, six high footed tazze, a pair of low footed tazze and twenty-four plates, each piece painted with studies after Old Master paintings including those by Boucher, Boilly and Teniers, all illustrations framed by tooled gilt borders with titles of artists or paintings in gilding on the reverse, all items with bands of shaded anthemion palmettes highlighted in gilding and white on a light coral ground and gilt rims, some pieces with gilded mark 'Schoelcher / a Paris.'
