This wonderful carriage clock is crafted from the rare and beautiful combination of gold and nephrite. The rectangular profile case of the clock—with overhanging cornice and base—is crafted from nephrite. The case is set with a host of gold mounts, including pierced scrolling foliate brackets to each corner, a pierced bezel around the centrally placed enamel dial, and a gold handle to the top. The clock is raised on gold fluted ball feet.
