The set comprises a clock with a pair of flanking candelabra. The circular enamel dial of the clock is decorated with ormolu scrolling foliage, and is surmounted by patinated bronze mythological full length figures of Time and Urania. The pair of five branch candelabra are similarly decorated with figures of Apollo and Daphne holding the branches aloft, with removable flame finials.
