Description

This elegant, oval-shaped centrepiece bowl has been crafted from nephrite. It is set on a stunning, rock crystal base, adorned with gold twisted borders.

The base is of a geometrical shape and its clearness complements the nephrite green of the bowl. Twin handles are positioned on both sides of the centrepiece. The centre part of each handle is silver and the intricately cast lion’s heads at the top as well as the base of the handles are silver gilt.

The piece is signed and hallmarked on the handles with French hallmarks visible on the twisted borders.

Asprey was established in 1781 in England and is a leading producer and retailer of fine jewellery and luxury goods. The company creates pieces for an elite clientele, such as the British and European royalty, and this piece is a demonstration of some of their finest work.
