The table is supported by four square tapered legs, each leg culminating in an ormolu peg foot with foliate sabot, the corners of each leg mounted with ormolu beading. The legs support a mahogany apron, inset with four drawers and ornamented throughout with ormolu drapery swags, lion’s head masks, and foliate beading. The table is surmounted by white marble top that is encompassed by a pierced ormolu gallery.
The table contains four drawers, each of which opens with a pivot mechanism. The curved front of each drawer is framed with ormolu and is painted, above white ground, with delicate flowers and foliage.
