Description

The bisque porcelain clock is set on a rectangular base with ormolu relief plaques on each side, each depicting putti playing classical musical instruments. The Three Graces are depicted standing on the base around a large pedestal, draped in garlands of flowers and with their eyes averted. The central panel of the pedestal contains foliage decorations. On top of the pedestal, there is a vase with twin handles and a lid with a pinecone finial. The clock dial is mounted on the centre of the vase.
