Description

The set includes 96 individual silver pieces of cutlery: 12 forks, 12 spoons, 12 table knives, 12 smaller forks, 12 smaller spoons and 12 dessert forks, 12 teaspoons and 12 serving pieces.

The canteen is housed inside an oak box which has three drawers, set on four cabriole legs. The set is the work of 19th Century Exeter-based silversmiths James and Josiah Williams, formerly of Robert Williams and Sons. All pieces are fully hallmarked.
