The clock is set on a rectangular malachite socle with canted angles. The circular malachite clock face has Roman numerals and a border of ormolu, and is set on an elevated plinth of malachite suspended above the socle with Neoclassical ormolu arrow feet. An ormolu frieze of relief roses runs around this plinth. The clock is surmounted with an ovoid form vase in malachite with ormolu swags and twin swan handles, topped with a gilt bronze pine cone finial. The pair of candelabra are set on square socles with canted angles and have similar ovoid-form vase bodies with ormolu swags and twin swan-form handles, surmounted by five ormolu branches stylized with acanthus leaves and lights with drip pans.
