Description

The beautiful photograph frames in this pair are by the famed Art Nouveau producer Daum. Each frame is crafted from yellow-amber-orange pâte de verre, or moulded glass. The frames are moulded with embossed branches laden with fruit and flowers, which sensuously wind their way around the tops and edges of each. The glass is wonderfully coloured: lemon yellow predominates, though at moments the glass is tinged with hints of amber and orange. Each frame features a wooden backing and an easel stand, and each is signed ‘Daum France’.
