The candelabra in the pair are wrought from malachite, ormolu, and cut glass—with the malachite veneer being a later addition. Each candelabrum features a central shaped malachite stem raised by three ormolu scrolled bracket legs, which in turn are supported by a circular malachite base. Each candelabrum supports two tiers of ormolu light branches: eight branches in the lower tier, four branches in the upper tier, and a singular finial candleholder set atop the malachite stem. The ormolu branches are ornately scrolled and draped with large cut glass pendants of various sizes.
