Description

The jardinieres are of identical size and design. They are circular in form, and each sit on six yellow paw feet. The bodies of the jardinieres are curved, and coloured with a royal blue ground. They feature six yellow pilasters which lead up from the paw feet, banded at the centre, and are decorated with green foliate accents and lion head masks. The rims of the jardinieres feature a green fluted pattern, and the interiors are coloured with a lilac ground.

The bases of each jardiniere are stamped 'MINTON' and feature numbered marks, as well as other maker's marks stamped to the bottom of the paw feet.
