Description

The vitrines are of matching design. They stand on polished steel scrolled feet, which are linked by vine-like, curled steel stretchers. These are decorated with gilt stylised acanthus leaves.

Each vitrine features a rectangular glazed steel body which contains three shelves, two of which are made of glass. Mirror panels are mounted onto the centres of the vitrine bodies. These are overlaid with twisting steel vines, which feature gilt leaves and bellflower motifs. The vitrines’ glazed bodies and steel frames are mounted with elaborate gilt foliate motifs.

The vitrines are topped by free-standing vine-like steel forms, with gilt leaves and bellflowers.
