Description

Each pedestal stands on three cabriole legs, which are set on claw-and-ball feet. These legs are carved with stylised acanthus leaves, bellflowers, cartouches and foliate bands. High-relief carvings of flowering vines decorate the pedestals’ columnar shafts. These shafts support smooth bowls which are surmounted by circular flat tops. Drapery-like carvings encircle these tops.

These pedestals will make elegant stands for fine works of decorative art or sculpture, or for candle-holders.
