Description

This fine set of eight porcelain plates is by the Kornilov Brothers, of St. Petersburg. Each white ground porcelain plate features a gilt rim, and each includes the Eagle emblem of the Imperial Russian Navy to the top.

The plates, four larger and four smaller, are from the service of General Admiral Grand Duke Konstantin Nikolayevich.

Each is marked to the underside.

Large plates: Height 2.5cm, diameter 24.5cm
Small plates: Height 2cm, diameter 21cm
