Set of four antique Louis XV style ormolu wall lights

The four ormolu (gilt bronze) wall lights are of matching design. They feature shaped back-plates which are composed of C-scrolls, stylised acanthus leaves and flowers. From each back-plate, there springs ten scrolling foliate arms. Sculptural models of dragons—with open mouths and wings, and curling tails—perch on these arms. The arms terminate in wide leafy drip-pans and capitals with sconces, topped by white candle-tubes.

These wall lights will look beautiful once mounted onto the wall and lit up. The light they produce will reflect off their lustrous golden surfaces, causing them to glimmer beautifully.
