This superb set of three sconces, each crafted in the highly ornate Empire style from glistening ormolu, would complement any period or contemporary room.
This set contains three ten-light Empire style ormolu sconces. Each sconce features a central shaped shaft, which is affixed to the wall via an ornate scrolled bracket below. The central shaft supports three tiers of branches: the lowest tier, emanating from a foliate sphere, consists of five lights; the second tier is of four lights; and the final tier of a single light is simply a culmination of the shaft itself. The ormolu throughout is wonderfully cast, rendered with rich detail, and wrought into beautiful scrolling forms—such as the ornately scrolled light branches of the lower two tiers.
