This charming set contains three perfume bottles: two bulbous models and one tapering and conical. Each bottle is crafted from cut and faceted glass and is mounted with sterling silver. The silver is richly worked, featuring a variety of scrolling, foliate forms, and arabesques, whether embossed or engraved. The bulbous bottles are topped with silver stoppers, while the conical bottle features a faceted glass, cone-shaped lid.
The silver is stamped with a number of marks, all of which indicate the Birmingham assay office and sterling silver, and two of which indicate the years 1898 and 1900.
