The set of Art Deco silver-plate knife rests is comprised of six pairs, with each pair representing either dogs, elephants, stags, hares, or foxes. The set is by WMF, or Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, one of the leading producers of luxury cutlery in Europe since its foundation in the 19th Century.

Each knife rest is marked underside.
