This box is modelled to resemble a crab, replete with eight legs, two claws, and a surface engraved and moulded with a whole host of naturalistic detailing. The hinged cover opens to reveal a smooth interior compartment. The bottom of the compartment is stamped with a five-point star, a Spanish silver hallmark indicating .915, or 91.5% silver purity.
