The side table is crafted on a square plan and features a slight bombe form. The tabletop is decorated with a painted mythological scene and features a hinged lid and mirror to the interior as well as curved, gilded edges. The front of the table features two drawers, and each of the four sides are decorated with polychrome floral depictions and ormolu mounts to each of the corners. The four slender legs of the table are of cabriole form and feature delicate ormolu-mounted hoof feet.
