The two plates are of identical design with one just slightly larger than the other. Both are cast in silver, in a highly-rounded hexagonal shape, and feature an outer rim with scrollwork, as well as the initials 'A.W.' engraved for Adolf Sper. The larger plate is of 34cm diameter, the smaller plate of 32cm diameter. They are superb, elegant and simple pieces, made of fine silver, and fully stamped and hallmarked.
