Description

The four-light lantern, crafted from patinated brass in an architectural manner, features a square section, tapering from a narrower bottom to a wider top, with the top surmounted by a pyramidal roof set with finials to each corner. Each of the four arched and glazed side windows are framed with fluted pilasters to the canted corners, which are joined below with balustrading—a touch that further accentuates the architectural theme of the piece.
