The clock set comprises a central clock and two flanking vases. Its design is 'A La Cathedrale', meaning its shape takes after the design of a cathedral. The central, eight-day twin barrel clock resembles the body of a cathedral in shape, while the vases represent towers. The central clock is set on a square plinth which is painted with blue and gold decoration. Its body features gilt-bronze mounted architectural ornamentation all over, and the central dial of the clock contains gilt bronze detailing. The flanking vases are decorated similarly.
