A superb duo of French Art Deco three-shelf vitrines produced in the early half of the 20th century and beautifully finished in burnished brass.

Description

These display cabinets (vitrines) are designed with a refined and sophisticated restrain that is evocative of the late Art Deco style. Each vitrine stands on a dark wooden base, and the bottom shelf of the interior of each cabinet is of light wood with a stylised egg-and-dart moulding along its edge. The display cabinets are constructed of softly burnished brass, while the sides and top of each cabinet is constituted of plate glass. Three plate-glass shelves sit within each cabinet. The display cabinets can be locked and opened and closed by way of handles.
