Description

Marked on the underscore 'Designed by Jane Hutcheson for the Gorham company,' this remarkable piece is one of a collection of works produced from the early 1970s to the mid 1980s.

Said to be inspired by Vincennes porcelain flowers, this work features a variety of handmade and hand-enamelled flowers and leaves, all individually crafted and sculpted with the use of gold-plate.

Made in Provedence factory, this beautiful, modern, American model was one of many which were advertised as 'blooming beautifully from here to eternity to grow more precious with time,' an apt description for a flower bouquet that will only ever increase in beauty and value.
