Description

In the form of a pentagonal tower, with circular enamel dial with Roman numerals to the lower centre surrounded by a lapis lazuli panel, the other five sides of similar form but with circular enamel panels instead of the dial, with enamel mounted columns in between with full length female figures standing at the tops, the base below with enamel and silver filigree decorations and ending in five paw feet, the central and upper sections with various classic decorations and surmounted by a full length male soldier, with makers marks 'HR' and the Vienna city marks in various places
