The candelabra take the form of vases which are full of flowers. Each stands on a square ormolu plinth, which is decorated with acanthus leaves, and set on four toupie feet.
Above, the vase-shaped bodies have been crafted from navy-painted metal, and are placed on ormolu stems and circular feet, decorated with leafy forms and beading. Their upper bodies are mounted with ormolu rams’ heads handles, and foliage swags are draped between them.
Each candelabrum’s vase-form body is topped by an ormolu lid, from which springs ormolu flowers, seven of which open their petals to reveal candle holders.
